Common Ground Dance Company was created to promote the art of dance through the efforts of a professional regional dance company. It is a repertoire company performing modern, ballet, and jazz.

| Common Ground is in residence at Dancemoves Studio of Dance in White Marsh. It is made up of professional instructors and dancers from the Baltimore-Washington area. Common Ground provides opportunities for apprenticeships to students who are on a professional track.
